Through my own warm eyes, I'm Heeiro, a photographer who captures your radiant today. With a soft and relaxed energy, I lead each shoot so that even people who are new to being photographed can come away with a comfortable, pressure-free and enjoyable memory. I'll beautifully record this precious time that won't come again once this moment passes. Payment 2. Discuss the detailed schedule 3. Shoot -The shoot takes place on the agreed date. -We communicate mainly through app chat or KakaoTalk open chat. -Only if communication runs late on the day of the shoot, we will contact you by phone. 4. Delivery of originals for selection (jpg) -Within 3 days of the shoot date, we will send you the originals for selection. -Retouching is done on the photos you select. -The selection period is within 7 days of the date the originals for selection were delivered, so please select by then. 5. Delivery of final photos -The final retouched photos take up to 2 weeks from the date you make your selection. -They are delivered through a Naver MYBOX download link. -Excessive retouching is discouraged. (Please keep requests brief) 6. Storage of final photos and originals for selection -Files are stored for 2 weeks. Please download them in advance. After 2 weeks, the files are deleted. 📸Other notes📸 *About 200 original photos are provided. *For shoots other than graduation, family, event, making-of, etc., please inquire separately. ✔️Marketing use consent benefit 2 additional final photos provided ✔️Additional costs related to the shoot are the client's responsibility (ex. studio, hair & makeup, props, etc.) ✔️If you have a shooting location or pose in mind, please prepare reference images and share them before the shoot! ✔️If you come with family or friends, we'll take a commemorative photo. ✔️Finished photos can be put through 2nd-stage processing (further editing), except for color correction. ✔️We accept retouching requests in brief. ✔️Color grading follows the direction the photographer pursues, and requests to apply another photographer's color style are not accepted. ✔️When retouching the photos you select, we basically work on skin, color and background cleanup, and we do not do compositing or excessive plastic-surgery-style edits. ✔️After you consent to marketing use, the results will be uploaded to Instagram, etc. (They cannot be deleted once uploaded.) ✔️Tax invoices and cash receipts can be issued. Heeiro is a photoshoot brand operated by Hee Film, so cash receipts and tax invoices are issued based on the business registration information in the name of ‘Hee Film’. ✔️Due to rain, COVID, personal circumstances, etc., you can reschedule the shoot 1 time. (Changes are possible up to 2 days before the shoot) ✔️Booking changes due to cloudy weather are not allowed. ✔️If it rains after the shoot has started, we continue without interruption. ✔️We help with rescheduling, giving priority to days with an open shooting schedule.
