1-hour shoot, including travel time 1 location No outfit changes (1 outfit in total) All original JPG files provided 15 retouched photos provided -Default maximum of 4 people -We do not take event-type shoots (e.g., first birthday parties (doljanchi), 70th birthday parties, etc.) [Photo Selection / Retouching & Scope of Work] Original files are delivered within 3~4 days after the shoot. (Shared via a Dropbox link) Because the files are large, we recommend downloading them on a PC. The selection period after the originals are delivered is 14 days. Retouching begins only once you have made your selections within that period. After selecting, just send us the file names (the number after DSC). Retouching consists of color grading and, within limits that do not spoil the natural look, face and skin retouching and the like. We do not do excessive face retouching, body reshaping, hair alteration, compositing or similar work. After you send your selections, the retouched photos are delivered within 4 weeks at most. Within 3 days after the retouched photos are delivered, you may request 1 revision, limited to portrait retouching. The photo files from the shoot (originals/retouched photos) can be downloaded for 14 days from the delivery date, and are then discarded with no backup files. Files are deleted without separate advance notice, so please be sure to save them within the period! ※Kong Snap is not responsible for files lost because they were not downloaded within the retention period. [Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy] Rescheduling for personal reasons is possible once, up to 2 weeks before the shoot date. If you cancel, the refund policy below applies. Cancel within 7 days of payment: 100% refund of the booking deposit Cancel at least 60 days before the shoot date: 70% refund of the booking deposit Cancel at least 30 days before the shoot date: 50% refund of the booking deposit Cancel after that: no refund If shooting is difficult because of rain or bad weather, we can discuss it and reschedule once. (Rain of 5mm per hour or less does not stop the shoot, and it goes ahead as planned) If the weather conditions still remain poor, you can switch to an indoor shoot or receive a full refund. If the shooting time is shortened because of lateness on the day of the shoot, the shooting time cannot be extended and no refund is given for the time you were late. In July-August (months 7-8) and December-February (months 12-2), the heat and cold can affect shooting conditions. For a more comfortable shoot, we recommend shooting indoors, and if you want to shoot outdoors, please get plenty of rest and prepare well.
